*While CFCE is very open to having siblings at most of our activities, this particular activity is curriculum based and focuses on promoting kindergarten readiness skills. Parents are encouraged to engage in these practices with their “Kindergartner” while in the classroom.  It can be somewhat distracting when siblings are present and require their parent’s attention, not to mention taking the focus away from the kindergartner. While we won’t exclude any family from bringing siblings, we encourage parents to seek alternate childcare for siblings for the reasons we stated. OUR main focus is to provide your “Kindergartner” with the most environmentally rich, developmentally appropriate, pleasant and worthwhile experience we can.
